Escaladinha (escaladinha.com.br) is a community bouldering guide. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and to the Escaladinha mobile apps, which display the same site.
What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and optional profile picture. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and avatar from your Google account.
Content you contribute: climbing areas, boulders, lines, photos, comments, and logged sends (including video links). Contributions are public and shown with your profile name.
Print orders: if you order a print, we collect the name, email, phone, and shipping address you provide, used only to fulfill the order.
Technical data: we use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time). We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use your data
To operate your account, display your contributions, send transactional emails (such as account deletion confirmations), and moderate community content. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Where your data lives
Data is processed by our service providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare (image storage), Resend (transactional email), and Google (optional sign-in).
Content you save for offline use is stored only on your own device and can be removed there at any time.
Public information
Your profile name, contributions, comments, and sends are visible to anyone. Your email address is never shown publicly.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. Your comments and sends are permanently deleted; topo contributions (areas, boulders, lines, and photos) remain on the site without any link to you. Deletion is confirmed by a link sent to your email.
Your rights
Under the LGPD (Brazil) and similar laws, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us at mbx.philipe@gmail.com.
Children
Escaladinha is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision.
